GORGEOUS 4th of JULY WEEKEND on Miss Belmar!
WEEKEND WRAP UP:
We had so many AMAZING trips this weekend! From Fishing to Whale & Dolphin Watching to Private Charter Booze Cruises to 4th of July Fireworks Cruises! The weather held out for the most part and mostly it was a Beautiful weekend! We caught lots of nice sized KEEPER BLUEFISH, SEA BASS, LING, and FLUKE! On our Whale & Dolphin Watching Tours we saw A LOT of DOLPHINS and some WHALES this weekend with them doing LUNGE FEEDING! People had a blast on their private booze cruises and we saw some AMAZING Sunsets and Fireworks shows! Even the Boat pups are exhausted from all the FUN we had!
TODAY'S REPORT:
Miss Belmar Princess - The morning started off with GOOD Fishing and then died off later in the afternoon. There was EXCELLENT READINGS and FISH SPLASHING at times. Some anglers caught their limit but mostly everyone went home with fish! BLUES today were 2-9 pounds!
Royal Miss Belmar - A strong southernly wind made Sea Bass fishing difficult so we ended up on the beach targeting Fluke. We had STEADY action all morning with LOTS of shorts and enough KEEPERS to keep everyone interested and fishing hard! Some anglers had their LIMITS of two between 17 and 18 inches and we managed to catch some KEEPER SEA BASS as well! Everyone went home with some tasty treats for the table.
